These terms govern use of this marketing site and the Vibe Coder product operated by Olam Systems ("we", "the company"). Creating an account, or continued use of the site or product, constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Anyone may register a Vibe Coder account. New accounts include no free credits — to build and deploy applications you must purchase a one-time credit pack or a monthly subscription, as described on the Pricing page.
One-time credit purchases do not renew and are non-refundable once used. A monthly subscription renews automatically each cycle unless cancelled before renewal. You are responsible for managing your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including abuse of service infrastructure or attempts to circumvent credit limits.
Organizations that need isolated environments, onboarding support, or custom pricing may operate under a separate service agreement. Exact service terms, including SLA levels and payment terms, are set in the agreement with your organization and not on this site.
Code generated for you through Vibe Coder — as an individual user or a customer organization — is owned by you from the first moment, and can be exported at any time. For organizations under a dedicated deployment, ownership is also subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
Payments for credits and subscriptions are processed via PayPal. All prices shown on this site are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may not use this site or the product for unlawful activity, attempts to disrupt service infrastructure, infringement of third-party intellectual property, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits.
The service and this site are provided "as is". Olam Systems shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of this site or the product, subject to any additional limitation in the service agreement applicable to organizations under a dedicated deployment.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
